Specialising from 1 inch to 6-inch pitch, we have established Leverlink as a world leader in prolonging chain life and increasing plant availability. Smaller units are available ex stock. However, large chains require a degree of engineering design and customisation to accommodate mounting positions and length of chain run. This is critical to a successful installation and customers satisfaction.

When you contact us for a solution to belt damage at a loading zone or transfer point you will not be buying an "off the shelf" product where one design solves all applications. In order to get the best results, we will require the functional specifications to your current load zone or transfer point. From the information supplied we will engineer a design that will minimise belt damage and extend the service life of the product. In most cases, we will also give you a 10 year structural and mechanical warranty. This warrant will not apply to consumables.
Stored Energy Motor Bases
A rubber torsion spring is the heart of stored energy motor bases. It provides a constant force to compensate for the belt stretch and wear. The mechanical design will allow for a quick belt fitting and replacement, with a single adjusting screw. Pulleys remain aligned and shafts parallel after initial set up. Saftey-A risk assessment will show increase safety by minimising person injury compared with conventional methods. A selection of designs to suit budget or site specifications.
Machinery and conveyor guards can be manufactured from a number of different material depending on the environment and the customer's requirements. While compliance to standards is paramount our engineering is focused to designs that require minimum effort to fit and remove for maintenance purposes.
