Washing material on vibrating screens is standard practice in many operations. We design, manufacture and supply, often incorporating our motor support structures and washing systems that conform to mine site requirements.
We supply vee belt tensioning gauges to ensure that vee belts are tensioned to the belt manufacturer's specifications.
Vibrating screens that are fitted with steel coil springs are subject to high levels of spring breakage. As a result, maintenance costs increase, and plant availability may be affected. Leverlink springs may be your solution. We offer a three-year guarantee when engineered correctly. Leverlink's Lever Springs Series RB are designed to be...
Leverlink have been designing and manufacturing pump, drives, and machine base frames for many years. We also rebuild/refurbish units in our workshop. We will engineer the design to best suit the client's requirements and site specifications.
At Leverlink, we can manufacture conveyor dust enclosures to your specifications. Or if you prefer, our design team can present you with a solution that best suits your application. And should you require it, we can also add provision for spray suppression in the design.
Sagging can often occur between conventional troughing rollers. Conveyor belt edge supports can prevent this. The conveyor belt is flattened and, as a result, has a smooth straight edge that meets the skirting. Leakage is then minimised.
We supply conveyor wear plates in various grades and thicknesses. This is done in accordance with the application. In many cases our plates are shaped to minimise fine leakage and encourage profiling of product on the belt. Feel free to contact our friendly team for more information.
For more than 25 years we have been making motor support structures for vibrating screens. As a result, our products are industry standard on many mining sites. Our motor support structures are engineered to align with our Stored Energy Motor Bases. Please contact our friendly team for more information.
Leverlink specialises in chain tensioners from 1" to 6" pitch. 25 years ago we developed our large chain tensioning technology. As a result Leverlink has become a world leader in prolonging chain life and increasing plant availability. Smaller units are available ex-stock. However, large chains require a degree of engineering design and...
The J-Series of belt / jockey tensioners are used where a Leverlink motorbase cannot be fitted. These applications are often on pumps that have fixed centres due to the nature of the application. They have a long and successful history, providing constant vee belt tension to both combustion and electric motor drives.
Our core business at Leverlink is rubber torsion springs. These form the foundation of most of our products. These are used in our: motorbases impact beds chain tensioners jockey tensioners We have been manufacturing Leverlink rubber torsion springs (also known as rubber suspension units) for over 20 years. This application is wide...
Looking for a solution for belt damage at a conveyor load zone or transfer point? You’ve come to the right place! With a Leverlink Dynamic Impact Bed you will not be buying an off-the-shelf product. Instead, you will be getting a product that is specifically customised to your application. In order to get the best outcome, we will require...
We are the leading manufacturer of stored energy motor bases in Australia. These can also be known as: self tensioning motor base tensioning motor base auto tensioning motor base A rubber torsional spring is the heart of stored energy motor bases. This spring provides a constant force that compensates for the stretch and wear of...
Leverlink manufactures guarding for various machines, including slurry pumps and conveyors. The materials we use depend on the environment as well as the customer's requirements. Our engineering team is focused on creating designs that are easy to fit, as well as easy to remove for maintenance purposes. Contact our friendly sales team for...
