Conveyor dust enclosures can be manufactured to your specifications. Alternatively, our design team are able to present you with a solution that will best suit the application. Provision for spray suppression can be included in the design if required.
Conveyor Belt Edge Supports
Belt edge supports are required to prevent sagging that occurs between conventional troughing rollers. The conveyor belt, now flattened, presents a smooth straight edge for the skirting to marry with whilst minimising leakage.
Conveyor Skirt Clamps
Compression clamps are our normal method of securing our polymer type skirting. However, less expensive options are available if required.
Conveyor Wear Plates
Our wear plates are supplied in various grades and thicknesses according to the application. In many cases, plates are shaped to minimise fine leakage and encourage profiling of product on the belt.

When you contact us for a solution to belt damage at a loading zone or transfer point you will not be buying an "off the shelf" product where one design solves all application issues. Motor Bases - Stored Energy
A rubber torsion spring is the heart of stored energy motor bases. It provides a constant force to compensate for the belt stretch and wear. The mechanical design will allow for quick belt fitting and replacement, with a single adjusting screw. Pulleys remain aligned and shafts parallel after initial set up. Risk assessments have shown that this method increases safety, and potential personal injury is minimised, compared to conventional methods using jacking bolts, slide rails or other similar mechanical systems. Our mechanical engineers will design to suit your site specifications and budget.
