We are Australia’s largest manufacturer of high-end Dynamic Impact Beds for the mining industry. All units are custom built according to site specific functional specifications. The Leverlink impact mounts are manufactured in our Australian facility based in Brisbane, Queensland.
The iconic Leverlink Dynamic Impact Bed has a 10-year mechanical structural warranty. Naturally consumables such as the polymer slider bars and impact mounts are exempt. The wear rate on the consumables is dependent primarily on the free fall height, material specific gravity, belt speed and tons per hour.
It is not inconceivable that a Leverlink Dynamic Impact Bed will have a service life of 30 years.
