LEVERLINK – Crusher motor bases

At Leverlink we design and manufacture stored energy motor bases for crushers and export around the world. The image shows a 900kW D450 frame motor HAX series motor base being prepared for export.

The HA and HAX series typically have a service life of 10 years +, but from past experience we would expect this to be rebuilt/refurbished somewhere between 10 and 15 years, making the total service life 20 to 30 years.

We manufacture in our Brisbane, Australia facility some of the largest rubber torsional springs in the world. Stored energy keeping drive belts tensioned correctly will enhance dramatically the drive belts and pulley life. Safety and reduced maintenance cost provide improved plant availability and a long service life.
